Can't activate student account

I have received my activation email, but it is a broken link.

 

300233344 is the student number I was told to use as my account ID

Hi Eric,

 

I have manually activated your Education Community account. You should now be able to log into the site and enjoy the benefits.

 

Reply back and let me know if you still encounter any issues when logging into your account.

ive gotten the serial number and product key codes for my free student subscription, but when i get to the install screen, the "install" button isnt clickable...please HELP

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

A greyed out install button can sometimes occur if your machine detects that the product is already installed. Try this Autodesk Solution to see if it can resolve the issue.

 

Please "Accept as a Solution" if this post resolves your issue so that others with this same question can more easily find an answer. Or please reply to this post with further details. Thank you!

I have made some changes to your account and you should now be able to access the Education Community without any issues.

Autodesk Support,

 

I received my verification email and clicked the link. The link worked and I continued throough to the next page. When I sign in to begin downloading ACAD it says my accound has not been activated. Please help!
