can't activate my student account for invnetor

Dear support,

i tried to get the student license for Inventor professional,

entered my account-data, but the activation email does not

appear.I tried resend a few times.

And emails to 'autodesk.education.community' are sent back

with error 'mailbox full'.

Please can you support me to activate the account ?
