Can't activate Maya 2014

I am a student at the University of Southern California. I downloaded Maya 2015, and was sent the product key and serial number. My Mac computer is on 10.7 so the 2015 version will not install. I then downloaded the 2014 version which started to install then asked me for license information. I checked my email for new license information however there was no new email. I also tried imputing the information I got for 2015 which also didn't work.

Hi Lian,

Using your email address I was able to verify that under your account you have not downloaded the 2014 version yet from the EDU site. Please download the 2014 version, afterwhich a Serial # will then be generated for your account.

Reply back and let me know if you have already done so but you're not seeing it under your account.
