I removed autocad from another pc and installed that in new pc.
But when I try to run "Product registration & activation", it says: "
The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1)"
The serial no. is ok. I try to register format 000-00000000 or 00000000000
but it still saying that it's not valid?
The installtion procedure should have the option to contact Autodesk via email if you are having trouble with the SN or Registration. I have used this successfully in the past.
I asked about Upgrade in case you are upgrading a previous version. In that case you would need to enter the previous product SN to be able to install the Upgrade. I was wondering if maybe the installation sequence was looking for the previous version software SN.
