Can not start a free trail for Navisworks 2015

I just installed the Navisworks 2015 with the 30 days test opition but it only allow me to activate (as attached). How can I start a free trial?

Just to confirm, this was downloaded and installed today? Did you ever have a trial of Navisworks 2015 installed on your computer before?

I installed one on Tuesday but I re-installed an new operation system yestorday. So I think this one, installed in this morning, is a new one for the new system. Thanks.

Do you by chance have another machine to install the trial on? By design, you can only run the trial on a machine one time.
