Can not install 3d Max 2011 Showing Error

Hi I a 2nd year student doing bachelors in Interior design i recently downloaded a trail version of 3d Max for students but not able to install it showing me an error of a missing volume. I have attached a screen shot of it please help in getting it installed Thanks

Sorry I didn't see a screenshot attached can you try again. Also, have you tried re-downloading the installer?

Hello. A screenshot would be useful. There could be a thousand different errors. Missing volume sounds like a windows message referring to a drive that was possibly removed. I would redownload the whole installer, not the “Install Now” install method, and try to install that. It may help.
