We have a workstation where the Autodesk Application Manager won't install the service pack 2 for Civil 3D 2015. It's listed, it downloads, but then it says "Installing" and just sits there. Task manager shows nothing is running. I tried stopping the service and the program then restarting them, but it didn't fix it. Other updates installed without issue.
Anyone know how to get the Application Manger to install the service pack?

try installing the service pack manually
the application manager actually downloads the service pack to your computer try running the .exe
open up the application manager>settings>files tab
this is where it is downloading the service packs at

Turns out it was Symantec blocking the service pack saying it was a potentially malicious file. What's so strange about this is that no other workstation had this issue, just his and just with C3D 2015 SP2.
