Buying used AutoCad CD

If buying used Autocad CD off Ebay & the like ,  is it allowable to transfer the licence  to new owner please ?

No.  The EULA clearly states that your license is not transferrable.  You will not be able to activate the software because it will be registered to another owner.  This is fraud.

And considering the courts just recently sided with AutoDesk (no license transfer), there are going to bre a lot of mad buyers out there.
