bought sketchbook pro7 but its not 'Pro'

I bought a 1 year license for sketchbook pro 7 today, but when i installed and opened the programme, none of the pro features were added and it looked just like any old free drawing programme... really disappointed ;( helppp!?!?

also, when i ckick purchase sketchbook pro from inside the programme (on windows) it says no banner found.

Welcome to the Community. If you purchased the license or subscription from the online store, you must download Sketchbook from the links provided there, as described here: I've bought SketchBook 7 but I cannot enter my serial number 

Let us know if you continue to encounter issues with it.

hi there jeffery..
i downloaded it aspart of my purchase, yes. ut when i signed in to the
programme - almost two minutes after downloading - it didnt do anything
special... none of the new features were there and it looked like a normal
sketchbook.. also - the reciept i got said the my user id was tom k 213 but
when i sign in with that email, it goes to tomskykee tomskykee.. (no quite
literally) so i think there may hav ebeen some account mismatch or
something.. ;/
