Both 32 bit and 64 bit on Windows 7 64bit?

I have Windows 7 64bit.  I've installed Autocad MEP 2010 64bit on it.  I need to install an add-on to Autocad that only runs on 32 bit.  Can I install a 32 bit version on my computer?  Do I need to have the XP VM installed?  

 

Also, what about licensing?  Anyone know if they'll both use the same license?

32 bit Autocad Can only be installed on 32 bit OS.

License is independant of the OS architecture. 32 and 64 bit product use the same license on an network license model.
