Hello Sahil,
This could be related to a security setting. Are you using laptop? Would you be able to try to install BIM 360 Glue from a different location?
Also, please check these security and Firewall settings on your PC/Laptop:
Security and Firewall Checklist
· Internet Explorer is not blocking scripts.
· The following urls are in the firewall's safe list: https://b2.autodesk.com, https://b3.autodesk.com, and https://b4.autodesk.com
· Standard TCP/UDP/IP ports 80 and 443 are not blocked.
· https://b2.autodesk.com, https://b3.autodesk.com, and https://b4.autodesk.com bypass the filter group and the traffic shaper in the content filter, bandwidth management, and application control software.
· Local network & security policies do not block scripts, Web applications and Silverlight/flash applications (or allow these forhttps://b2.autodesk.com, https://b3.autodesk.com, and https://b4.autodesk.com).
· Allow the following URL through ports 80 and 443
o https://accounts.autodesk.com
o https://api.autodesk.com
o http://*.amazonaws.com
o https://*.autodesk.com
· Lastly, please check that the time on the computer(s) are within 5 minutes of the correct time.
BIM 360 GLUE does not currently support Authenticated Proxy Servers.
Please, let me know if this help.
Thank you and have a great day!
Best regards,
Reply to an old post. We are trying to install Glue on Windows 10 and are getting an error that the administrator has blocked this program because it poses a security risk to your computer. I lists b4.autodesk.com as the domain
I have added all the above to the trusted sites and to the firewall but I am still getting this when I try to install Glue. I have also run as admin and get the same error. Any ideas on where else to look for the blocking?
