BIM 360 add-in installation error

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone out there is having the same issue as me with the BIM 360 add-in app for the Building Design Suite product. My application manager keeps telling me to update the app to the R2 update yet fails every time I try to do this. The installer fails giving error code 1603. I have tried uninstalling the app through Windows and get an uninstalltion error code 2753.

 

Any thoughts anyone?

Have you tried logging into BIM 360 Glue and downloading the Plugins from there? You should get a zip file which contains an MSI file. Simply run that on top of your installs and they should work.

I've appended these to my network deployments silently and they install fine.
