Bad C3D 2010 Install

I just got done installing Civil 3D 2010 on all four of our office machines. All 4 are also running C3D 2009. 3 out of 4 of the installs worked perfectly. The 4th, however, has major issues. I also installed all of the service packs. On the first start of the software, it activated itself, and then when it went on with the startup, it failed to load. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like with the text window showing. This is the result every time I try to start the application. I have re-booted. I re-inserted the installation disc, hoping there would be an option to repair the install, but no luck. What should I do? I considered simply uninstalling, but I'm concerned that I might lose some files necessary for 2009 to run. I'm also concerned about licensing issues since it activated. 2009 is still working fine. HELP!

Apparently you have a problem in the system with the .NET Framework 3.5 .

To correct this issue:
1. On the Start menu (Windows), click Settings > Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel, double-click Add or Remove Programs (Windows 2000/XP) or Programs and Features (Windows Vista).
3. Uninstall all versions of .NET Framework, beginning with the newest version first.
4. Download and reinstall the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1

Thanks for your response. When the user of the machine logged in under her profile this morning, the software seemed to work fine. When I log her off and log in under my administrator account, I still get the same error. Should I still go ahead with the fix, or just accept that it won't work under my profile? I don't need to be able to run CAD on that machine.

Antonio, this worked like a charm. thanks so much for your help. I came in to work this past Monday and my hard drive on my machine had bitten the dust, so this was a very welcome bit of good news on an otherwise very crummy Monday. THANKS!

Travis answer is correct, if you have replaced your hard disk, you must re-authorize your products.
