Backburner networking Windows Server

I have two rack-mounted Windows Server 2007 and a dedicated Backburner Manager box, which is an Ubuntu Linux os running a VMware virtual WindowsXP machine.  Backburner is installed in the XP environment here.

My servers can ping each other but not the XP manager, though the XP manager can ping the servers.

Bottom line my servers don't show up in the render manager on the XP virtual machine as options to use to render.

I feel like this is just some stupid little networking thing in Windows Server 2007 that I haven't configured properly.

Ideas?

I would goto the Area and check out the posts for Backburner there.

This is a configuration issue and the docs should help.  You have not done something to allow the systems to 'see' each other.

As a note, each version of Max/Maya may require a specific version of Backburner.

In google, paste this in the 'seach' window:
