Autodesktop Invemtor 2009 Error[1,5,-15]

I am getting a 1,5,-15 error when trying to access the network license manger below are the specs of what I am running

1. Client PC Windows XP SP2 x64

2. Host Windows Server 2003

I am able to ping the host PC using IP & host name & vice versa, I have tried the 'Flexlm' timeout fix no go, I have checked the license file confirmed that the server name is correct & does not look like any changes have been done to it. Could Anyone provide any ideas that might work as I had logged a call only to be told 3 days later to use the forums
