Autodesk Showcase installation problem

Hey,

i got a studend licence for showcase 2015. The problem is, that i can not install it. 2 seconds after i started it, it stops and gives me a .txt data.

"Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86)    Failed    Installation aborted, Result=-2147024546"

Can someone help me?

hey, no the problem seems to be with microsoft visual c+++ 2012

Apply the same process for 2010 for 2012 and see if that helps.

I repaired it (program and features -> and repaire) and now it seems to
work. Thank you for the tip !
