Autodesk server error 500 when trying to link account
I get a Autodesk Server HTTP500 error after entering my serial number when trying to link my account - any idea why? Attached file is a screen grab of the error.
What do you mean by “Link” account? Is this a rental license? I see the screenshot I am just not sure when this is occurring. It looks like there may be something out of order with Internet Explorer. Maybe roll back the Internet explorer version or adjust the LAN settings:
