Autodesk Maya 2013 Activation Problem - Error 19

Hi , i'm a CG Student , and i'm having this problem when i try the activate product of ''Autodesk Maya 2013'' , Could you help me , please ? I followed step to step that you give in your site , but in this part of activate my .exe the program has this white!! I would like to some help , please 😞
