Autodesk Map 2004 activation issue

Hi all,

i have a problem here.i have a customer using Autodesk Map 2004 standalone version,previously the hardware broke down, they reinstall to a new pc and they need to request for activation code.after they got their activation code, the software works only for about 3 weeks or so.Then it start to request for an activation code again, with a different request code. The same process has been done again to get the activation code, but still they just work for about 3 weeks.

Can anyone help me with this, i have no idea on how to troubleshoot this.

My client is having the same issue as well. Plus, will AutoCAD Map 3D 2004 be able to run on Win 7 or Win 8 machine?
