autodesk licensing

i just downloaded 3ds max and i am attempting to activate my student version but when i press activate i get a blank window pop up. im not sure what to do to activate my account and start using this program. can somebody help please!? im running on windows 7 .

Are there by chance just two radio buttons where the activation screen should be? If so, check out this solution!
