For my company i have 20 AutoCAD LT licences, 1 AutoCAD full and 2 Revit LT Suites.
all licences are current and upto date.
in my manage evices tab of my account it shows 26 devices, some of these PC's have been replaced, and some of the users have left, meaning that some users seem to be using 2 licences, (3 in one persons case) when in relality they are not. Some of these PC's do not exist anymore.
i am still changing
How do i remove old devices from my device list, and have the correct number of licences that are actually in use. as i had issues when i needed to install another PC with what i thought was a spare licence, but had to jump through hoops to get it working.
