It's actually a real bother when a lot of solutions don't work and I have to constantly reload that page since the installer doesn't work unless it has that one page file or whatever it is running.
Here's my log as an attachment, also I'm using Microsoft Visual C++ 2008, 2010 and 2012 (There are a lot of files, so when I tried to follow one of those posts about resolving the issue, I uninstalled all of the MS C++ 2008, 2010, and 2012 Redistributables)
Hello. You need to first have all the files downloaded to your local directory. If you are running an “Install Now” stop- get a “Browser Download” and pull the complete installer.
1.) Open the setup.ini file in notepad.
2.) Click Edit > Replace
3.) In the “Find What” field enter PREREQ
4.) In the “Replace With” field enter #PREREQ
5.) Click “Replace All”
6.) Save the file
7.) Try to install
