Sorry to bother, but while trying to run the Maya 2015 Instalation file, it only comes up to say there was a communication error. Of course I had not moved the file, the website was up the whole time, and I even turned my firewall off for a short period of time to see if that was the problem, but all of those "solutions" were not helping, as the error kept coming up. It said to use a different download method, but when I looked around the site, it said the solution would be in the forms. Yes, I have looked threw a few posts from people having similar problems, but their solutions were not working for me as well. Any help?
By the way, I'm trying to download Maya 2015 with the free Secondary Student license and needing Maya asap for my animation course. I really appreciate it!
Ok, so this is a newer update after a few hours of searching for more information that might help with my predicament.
I decided to try the Browser Download because nothing else was really working. But, even after it downloading, even that way refused to run, giving me another error that I have not downloaded the other part. Question is... what other part of Maya 2015 was there to download and where would one be able to get it?
Another update: So using the answer of someone else's problem that was solved, I used the Autodesk Virtual Agent to finally help me out with the other part to download and now I'm getting it downloaded. If you had the same problem as me, then I hope this was helpful. If not, I'm sure you can figure it out by searching high and low through the maze of Autodesk. ^^
