Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite 2015 Standard - run problem

After a clean install of this software having tried to install with previous version on failed 1st time around cannot get AutoCAD,Map3D or Raster Design to open, only IM data works, Navisworks simulate & Re Cap work. I keep getting this error message (attached) when I try to open them.

Any suggestions?

Install is Standalone on a Dell Precision M6500, 12GB RAM, Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, with 55GB+ HDD free after install.
