Autodesk Download Manager Connection issues

Hi

 

I am trying to download the student version of 3D Max 2014/2013

 

I can download Via browser but it is extrely slow.

 

The down loadmanager keeps giving me a "Connection has expiredPlease reconnect to site." error

 

I have Cleared Cache, temp files, unistalled, reistalled, restated PC, Killed my firewall.

 

is there as issue with the download manager, I have used it before?

Edit: I am using Win 7 64bit

Fixed!

 

Seems my PC had a conflic in IE.

even though the poxy setting had been set to "auto detect" it was not allowing connection to the net through IE.

 

Reset IE to Default and problem solved!
