Autodesk Design Review 2011 Installation Failed

Why can't I install Autodesk Design Review 2011 ?

I get the following when I try:

Installation Failed. Autodesk Design Review 2011 (0x643: internal error)

I tried downloading and installing the file several times.

I'm using AMEP 2010, Windows XP Professional, Safari web browser, and have the latest DWG True View installed.

Can anyone help.

Chris Blocher, User Assistance Manager for Autodesk Design Review has a thread specific to install of Autodesk Design Review. Start by uninstalling any previous release of Autodesk Design Review then try and install the current release. If you continue to have trouble consult the other thread and post to it if necessary.
