AutoDesk Building Design Suite Ultimate 2014

End-User has a standalone 1-seat licenses that was previously installed on his/her  Windows/platform laptop. but has since switched to a Macbook pro with VM installed. User is getting licenses error when trying to install in VM. Are we able to transfer license from a Windows platform and  re-install on vm on mac ?   Will the same export / import instructions for transfer method work when when moving license from windows platform to Vm on Mac ?

Thanks in advance for you help

Hi ostevens

There shouldn't be any different when exporting/importing onto an Windows VM then on a physical machine. What is the error the user is encountering and when are they seeing it?
