I have a user who has Autocad LT 2015 installed in Italian.
He can use the software but when clicking on some functionalities it crashes.
When he clicks on "Accedi ad Autodesk 360" the application crashes with this screen:
When he wants the inline help function in Autocad the application also crashes.
If he browses to Autodesk 360 manually the website open perfectly. (so it's not that something is blocked)
I already installed Autodesk LT 2015 SP1 and did a repair of the installation but the issues remains.
Anyone has help?
Hi,
Some Autodesk products features use Autodesk cloud services.
In order to use these services, users need to be signed-in with their Autodesk account.
For some reason, sign-in is failing for this user, and the application displays the following error message:
“Requested service not available.
The Autodesk service you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable.
Please wait a few minutes and try again.”
I don’t think there is a crash unless the application is closing unexpectedly.
Usually this error happens when user system time is out of date or when user is behind a proxy.
Could you please ask user to check this post:
If user is behind a proxy please ask what is the type of proxy.
