Autodesk Activation window broken

when ever I try and activate MAYA the doesn't load properly and all i see is this. have tried redownloading and reinstalling but to no avail. any ideas?

I have tried all the suggestions (except number 1 because IE8 isn't available on windows 7) and nothing has worked. I am now trying IE10 and will get back to you.

Updating to IE 10 fixed the problem thankyou for the help.
