Have been trying to get in touch with the Autodesk Activation team, but it seems to be impossible.
Made a code request at July 3rd - still no response - Chat line is always busy - and you can not get through phone.
What is happening??

As @rkmcswain mentioned, your reseller can help you with this. Also, if you can send me your serial number and request code via Private Message (click on my camilo.lemos profile name and then on Send This User a Private Message) and I'll look into this for you.
