Autodesk 3ds max design registration and activation

when I try to register my product it says that my serial number is wrong but it was the same serial number that was emailed to me when I downloaded the product. I have no idea what to do!

Please confirm you use the right Product Key for 2013 product.

Else, you can submit a query to Autodesk Registration to confirm the SNo. used.
