Autodesk 3ds Max Design - problem with installation

Hi guys,

I'm currently getting lot's of software because I'm in architecture. I really need them for modelisation, conception and other things. So I'd like to install Autodesk 3ds Max Design 2015 on my computer (PC Windows 8.1).

First of all, it's important to say that I've already install several Autodesk products like Maya 2015, Revit, Autocad 2015, Autocad 2015 Architecture.

However I've got a big problem with the installation of this one, so when I launch the entire installation of the software (I mean that there is automatically the downloading of the installation file and then the installation (online) with this file), there is after 5 minutes of installation a message error :

After many search, I don't find any solution, and Autodesk support for installation wasn't usefull.

Is there any link with my ports? For example mental ray? Don't think so because it's the same support for all software and before this one I didn't met this problem...

You might try the trial or see if you can download from the virtual agent.  I am not 100% sure that you can get the French version or not.
