I need this1.32GB part of 3ds max 2016, I have the 001_002 1.96 GB, should I use the download manager? I have a slowww connection.

You can find the download links from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Remember to disable your firewall and anti-virus programs during the download and installation.

Hi Lynn,

 Virtual Agent never loaded for me, so I edited the 1st url and dl'd it with Getright, 34.6 KPBS, took about 12 hours, being on line that long must attract spammers, I had 62 (usually 😎

spams in my email. It's extracting now.
