Hi,
I recently got a student license for 3ds max. I can't wait to try out this software, but like many people I have a blank activation screen. Sometime I get a screen up with 2 radio buttons sometimes I just get a small box come up.
I have read heaps of solutions on the net and on the forums here but I can't get anything to work. I turned off IE 11 and tried to download IE 9 but I just get a message saying my system doesn't support IE 9. I am using windows 7 64 bit.
Can someone please help coz I really want to get my software working so I can use it!
Leah
Hi Leah Hendry, i'm reffering to your quote about turning off IE 11. Did you uninstall IE 11 from Control Panel ?
If not, Please try to go to Start > Control Panel > Program Features
Remove Internet Explorer 11 and reboot.
Once it is remove, it will automatically revert back to IE 9/10
You may repeat this process until the IE is showing IE 9.
Thank you

But reverting to IE9 is a good bet, unless of course you're running Windows 8.
Good Luck!
