So, I downloaded the entire file with the download manager, something like 3.56 or 3.65 gb, but once it hit 100% it just kept going, it contiuned on till over 5 gb at which point I stopped it. So question is, is this normal, was the file larger then it said it was or what ? ??

Hi happygilmore13,

Do reply with a screenshot so I can look into it further.

Also, when trying to download, did you use the other methods (Install Now, Browser download)? If so, did you have the same error? Did you try other browsers besides the one you are currently using? Where you trying to download from Subscription Center?

How big is the file size for Autodesk 3ds Max 2014 ???? 5.56 gb

I tried the Install Now but I keep losing connection, the Download Now has worked up until this point, but when I do the install it says missing file udi.udic.dll or w/e so obviously I'm not done downloading the file, ??
