Autodesk 360 - Subscription User Not Able to Access Full 360 Benefits

We have a user that has a standalone license to the full Autodesk Premium Suite products, but we have not been able to change his Autodesk 360 subscription from the free acccount to the subscription account to allow him access to the full 360 benefits.  He does not have access to the 25 GB storage & Energy Analysis for Revit and the other options.  We have tried to go through the Revit Subscription Center to edit his profile along with other possible options.  We would appreciate any direction on how to get him full access.
