Autodesk 2015 network clients cannot run, getting licensing error

When installing the Network Client on the workstation the serial number and NLM server are correct and the application installs, after the install I get the pop up asking for the server FLEXnet server location.

I enter the server name used during the install and get the "Your application was not able to obtain a license because the FLEXnet license server manager could not determine where to find the licensing data it needs, please choose one of the following"

Is there a phone number to contact support directly ?

Thank you

Did you set up the license manager and point the installation to the server?

For a Quick-Start Guide on configuring the Autodesk License Manager, please see my post for further information:

Phone support it typically available as a service thru your VAR.

We worked with our reseller who contacted Autodesk, the issue was with the license file, they addded the port 27005 at the end of the "Server name" "mac address"  line of the license.

Sounds good.  Thanks for the follow-up.  Typically 27005 is used as the default port for redundant licensing, which is why I will often use 27003 instead.  But typically, FlexLM will choose, by default, any available ports between 27000-27009.  This is typical if you are running more than one license manager.

Thanks again.
