AutoCADArchitecture 2010 unable to register properly

Dear Sir/ Ma,

 

Please, I try to complete registration process of AutoCADArchitecture 2010 but keep me with unregistered version. I will appreciate your kind assistance.

Please try to activate from help->about->Product Information->Activate.
