Autocad2013 installed but can't open and run

Hi everyone

I have installed the autocad 2013 education version in my Asus laptop.But when my laptop was installing the autocad and get"DirectX® Runtime Failed Failure is ignored, Result=1619",I used Darin's method and finally installed.

But another question is I can't open the autocad.I clicked the shortcut and that is nothing.No loading program,no responding,no error window like "The configured Heidi driver cannot be loaded. Switching to default software driver".Only Nothing.

What should I do so I can use this program?

Welcome to Autodesk Community. I understand this post has been around for sometime, but I hope this suggestion is still useful.

Please force a product re-activation and then request for manual activation and see if it launches successfully. 

Important: Please note that this will force re-activation for all Autodesk product currently installed in your machine so you may need to re-activate all products installed.
