Autocad will not load

We are trying to reload Autocad onto a computer here in the office after a crash and it is not working.  We have removed all versions of Autocad and tried to start from scratch.  We used the uninstall function and then removed any residual files we could find and it still is not working.  I believe that there are files still there, but cannot find them and cannot load any version onto this computer, which is running on windows 7...  can anyone help???  please!  thanks in advance

I'm sorry to hear you are having some problems with uninstalling\resinstalling AutoCAD.  Here are some great articles and tips to help.

Performing a Clean Uninstall

Prior to running the installer please make sure to complete steps.

• Make sure you are logged in as the System Administrator.

• Disable User Account Control settings.

• Disable Antivirus software.

• Clean temp directory.

Make sure you system meets the system requirements for AutoCAD.

After completing these steps you are ready to perform your installation.
