Autocad support email box full!

Just guessing that Autocad are having a LOT of issues with new 2015 installs, I tried emailing support and got a messsage from my friend postmaster@autodesk.com saying the mail box for customersupport@autodesk.com is full!

Yes help wanted but I posted my query under a separate thread, with a more
appropriate heading.
This thread about the full inbox was just in hope autocad support would see
it and attend to their mail box issue.

I see it now. A quick reality check since it appears you do not know these facts:

- Autodesk Support is a paid subscription: did you pay? If yes, you can ask Autodesk direct by logging into the Subscription Site and seek direct assistance theres (not some random email address you and a million others found on the internet). http://subscription.autodesk.com

- Or you get your reseller, after paying them for support, to help you with your template issue. Don't has a reseller? Need to pick another? http://www.autodesk.com/resellers/overview

- Or for free, you ask your peers (aka fellow end users) in your product forum (I think you've done that already) for help with your query.

Posting in the installation forum about a product not performing they way you want it is NOT an installation issue per-se, it's either something you missed or a bug in the program that needs to be reported elsewhere.

Hello @ben.mahony,

 

The email address you are referring to is an automated email address that is attached to support cases sent through Autodesk cases. If the emails are not associated with an existing case the email will bounce.

 

It appears that you do have Subscription so please take the steps that @pendean has described above. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused, if you have any other questions please let us know. Thank you!

Sorry all for the confusion,
YES I have a subscription which includes support.
The issue started when I installed the 2015 update. So I thought it had
not installed the updated default templates.
I did use the online issue forum, recieved an email from autodesk support
that said to reply to email with with further details but my reply emails
get reject as the support email address is full.

Are you talking about #09594449 or #09596656? I found you had submit three cases recently. Which one has met this issue? Does it fixed as there is a system update at the weekend. Could you check it again?

Issue was in regard to support case: 09589012.

The original issue is resolved and have just sent a reply email to the
original case confirmation email and it has not bounced back yet, so
sounds like the mailbox full issue is also resolved.

It's pleasure to see there is no issue right now. The lasted inbound email was at 2014-5-19 PM2:04. If this case has been solved, please inbound email to the case owner, so he could close it.
