Just guessing that Autocad are having a LOT of issues with new 2015 installs, I tried emailing support and got a messsage from my friend postmaster@autodesk.com saying the mail box for customersupport@autodesk.com is full!

The email address you are referring to is an automated email address that is attached to support cases sent through Autodesk cases. If the emails are not associated with an existing case the email will bounce.
It appears that you do have Subscription so please take the steps that @pendean has described above. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused, if you have any other questions please let us know. Thank you!
