AutoCAD Revit MEP Suite 2013 not activating

Dear Team,

I purchased AutoCAD Revit MEP 2013 two years ago and I am trying to install and activate it now.

I tried activationg the product on the Autodesk registeronce portal, but anytime I enter the serial number , I get the feedback that the serial number is wrong. I have verified, and it is the correct serial number behind the media pack.

Any assitance to have this rectified will be very much appreciated.

your serial number was probably upgraded to something else
