Autocad Mechanical 2015 thinks it is already installed

Hu,

I have used Windows uninstall of all the Autodesk pproducts on this machine.

I have gone to Programs86 (etc)->Autodesk and deleted

Same with c:\Autodesk

and same with the two users in the App Data (Windows 7 machine) both local and roaming

deleted all mentions of AutoDesk from the registry

I once again after many times download from:

http://www.autodesk.com.au/products/autocad-mechanical/free-trial#

I have a key. I go through normall installation and then it comes up with a Red Circle next to AutoCad Mechanical 2015. You move the mouse over this circle and it says the product is already installed. It says if I want to install language packs etc click here and opens a folder. But there is no Autocad Mechanical installed and so all fails.

Any ideas?

Thanks

To Diagnose and Fix installation problems automatically, please see the new Microsoft tool for this here:

For more information on the Autodesk KB Support article concerning the clean uninstall of Autodesk products, see this link:

Good Luck!
