Turn off LT2015's LINESMOOTHING and see if that helps. If not then change LT's hardware acceleration settings (starting in safe mode is the same thing, kills access to your video card driver). If your PC blinks and flashes with AutoCAD turned off you have other issues going on with your PC: perhaps installing AutoCAD replaces a required file for your system. That's unusual, never heard of it before.
