Autocad LT 2014 uninstall and reinstall on new computer.

I am reinstalling my Autocad LT 2014 on a new windows 8.1 64 bit computer and an error message comes up and the installation stops. The error message is get 64-bit installer from medium or Autodesk web site.

 

I can't locate this installer.
