Does AutoCAD LT 2014 support a Network Install so the executable files run over a network without it actually being installed on a client computer?

you can create a deployment to a server

autocad lt needs to be installed on a workstation

Darren is exactly right. And since there is no network licensing available for AutoCAD LT, then there is no Citrix solution for this product either. You would have to upgrade to a full AutoCAD and network activate to get anywhere close to what you are asking.
