Hi,

I have a problem starting Autocad LT 2013. When I tried launching the program, it initilalised and then crashed almost immediately.I tried un-installing and re-installing, but problem remained.

I wonder anyone has similar experience, and could share how I should go about remedying the situation.

Regards.

Hi chunweitan,

Please see if AutoCAD LT 2013 SP1.1 helps.

Thank you.

Hi Aaron,

The problem persists even though I tried AutoCAD LT 2013 SP1.1.

I uninstalled and re-installed according to the instruction in "How to remove all Autodesk products from a WIndows System". But could not solve the problem.

Regards.

Hi chunweitan,

Please locate and delete the ProductInformation.pit below:

Microsoft Windows XP
C:\Documents and settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\ADLM\ProductInformation.pit

Microsoft Windows 7
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ADLM\ProductInformation.pit

Re-launch product.

Thank you.

Hi Aaron,

Autocad LT 2013 still could not work after I deletes the .pit file. Any things else I should do?
