autocad lt 2012 install button freeze

Dear all,

i try to install my autocad lt 2012 after i key in the serial number and product key i cannot click the install button its freeze im using windows 7. please advise thanks.

There should be a green check box next to the serial AND the product key if both are valid.  Only then can you continue to configure your product and the install button will activate.
