We have Windows 7 64-bit and for some reason some of our AutoCAD LT 2012 hangs to loading state when we try to start program at first time. Installation goes successfully and there isn't any errors. What is the problem?

I installed also service pack but there isn't any help. Also i tried uninstall F-secure antivirus program but no luck. I could't find that wscommcntr2.exe process from task manager. What next?
So I have to be a programer to load AutoCad?
I'll keep trying but I must say this has been a horrible experience.
