I trying to tranfert a license for a laptop using Windows XP to my new laptop using Windows 7. When I try to ''Sign up'' there is a error message that tell me '' Export Request Failed'' ... error reference 126. What can I do ?
Please make sure you have registered and activated your license on the machine you are using to utilize the OLT.
Following requirements must be meet: Internet Connectivity, No offiline method to transfer, License must not be in use,
must be the same Serial Number to share exported license.
From your start menu go to: Programs > Autodesk > AutoCAD LT 2011 > License Transfer Utility
Once you have the Export License screen showing, select Sign In (Note: login is consolidated with registration & activation and/or Subscription Center)
Select box Make License Public for Import > Export Success will display.
You can then Import/Export your license on the second machine you are using.
this is a serious problem, we are into, why we are not able to export the licenses on to Autodesk website. please see the attachment, and kindly reslove this problem or provide alternate solution ... ASAP
I presume you are on Windows 7 wherein we have had reporting of issues with the Online License Transfer .

I have had continues failures of the LTU in windows 7. We just changed out about 24 machines in our office and only about 1 out of every 4 worked. This issue needs to resolved.
Imagine, we have 10 seats and we have 8 users use home use. That is 18 activations, change out 10 machines only 3 LTU attempts work out of 10. Then we have 7 new activations, 5 that require me to contact autodesk. This will total 25 activations and I get the dirty letter in the mail from Autodesk about my activations, when their tool did not work.
I'm trying to transfer a license from one computer to another computer. When I try to "Sign in" I got an error message that tell me " Export Request Failed".. Please see attached photo.
This is a serious problem we are into. Why we are not able to export the licenses on to Autodesk server. What if we need to reformat the computer or we need to reinstall the software or transfer the license to other computer how can we deactivate or transfer the license if always failed. I tried many times since last week up to now im still getting same problem. Do we need to buy again for an expesive software that not fair for all the end users.
